Clinical Supervisor-RN-Weekend (Exempt)

Find your calling at Mercy! Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.

Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

3-5 years of hospital nursing experienceCertifications:Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Education: BSN preferredLicensure: Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferredExperience: Prior management experience - experience within change managementPhysical RequirementsAbility to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. regularlyProlonged standing and walking throughout the shiftAbility to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing dutiesWhy Mercy?
