Rotate between multiple units to find the best fit for your skills and career goals. Find your Perfect Match within 4 weeks (or earlier if preferred). Eligible Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) can rotate for a week at a time through different units within an identified specialty area (Med-Surg, Critical Care, Intermediate Care, or Emergency Department).

One year preferred. Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NA I program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
