✓Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Qualifications
✓A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in communications, public relations or marketing, including at least three years in a senior-level role in a corporate or agency setting.
✓Demonstrated expertise in crisis communications, including issues management, executive counsel, rapid response and reputation management, is required.
✓Proven success influencing and collaborating with senior leaders, physicians, clients, stakeholders, and business and community partners is required.
✓Experience developing, implementing and measuring strategic communications initiatives that support business objectives is required.
Experience in health care, biomed or insurance sectors is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the health care industry is preferred.
A minimum of three years of project management experience is preferred.
