1-3 years' experience cooking in a large institutional or healthcare/hospital kitchen setting. Psychiatric health care facility, is preferred. Certification
Food Handlers Permit /ServSafe certificate required. Additional Competencies: Knife
Proficiency in chopping, slicing, dicing, and mincing ingredients efficiently and safely. Cooking Techniques: Mastery of various methods such as sautéing, boiling, grilling, roasting, and braising. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage kitchen operations effectively under pressure.
