Qualifications Responsibilities Include Interacts with team members/floor staff and answers the phones with a pleasant tone. Assists in maintaining kitchen duties including: cleaning of areas of kitchen, sweeping and mopping the floor thoroughly. Cleans the surface of all equipment used including: steamer, stove top, stove back, all ovens, along with walls in back of equipment Adheres to the menu for production and produces enough food to feed all patients & staff Records food in the temperature logbook in accurate and timely manner. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
