The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for Vascular Access Services (VAS) provides operational and clinical leadership for a specialized team focused on vascular access device insertion, management, and maintenance. The PCC partners with staff, providers, and nursing leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered vascular access care across the organization. Support a team of vascular access nurses who provide specialized vascular access services throughout the hospital. Collaborate with providers, nursing units, and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
