Lead, coach, and support the EVS Team by establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and work schedules, sharing best practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the system.
Develop and oversee system-wide attraction and retention plans for EVS to ensure success of operating model. Manage key vendor partnerships and contractual relationships. Qualifications What’s Required Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
