Champion patient-centered care, advance system-wide quality and safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while improving patient flow and experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leaders and teams across finance, HR, IT, quality, and regulatory functions to align priorities, execute initiatives, and achieve enterprise goals. Team Leadership & Workforce Development: Provide direct oversight of Practice Administrators and managers; lead performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning while fostering a high-performing, accountable culture.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and community partners; communicate transparently, support philanthropic initiatives, and expand access to coordinated, high-quality care. Qualifications What’s Required Education & Leadership
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required, with 7+ years of progressive leadership experience demonstrating strategic and operational impact. Operational & Revenue Cycle Expertise: Deep knowledge of medical practice operations and integrated care delivery, with strong proficiency in coding, billing, reimbursement, and small-business financial management. Strategic & Technical Capability: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance service delivery, optimize performance, and effectively leverage technology solutions.
Team & Project Leadership: Experienced in leading large, cross-functional teams and complex initiatives; excels in change management, stakeholder influence, and driving organizational alignment. Financial & Resource Management: Strong financial acumen with expertise in data-driven decision-making, resource prioritization, and navigating high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Collaboration, Communication & Resilience: Builds trusted relationships across physicians, APPs, leaders, and staff; highly effective communicator and problem-solver who leads with resilience under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
