The Decision Support Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the on-going operations and growth initiatives for service lines, quality, payor performance, business development, and hospital administration. This role is responsible for the following:- Facilitate a collaborative process with the service lines and hospital administrators to achieve greater standardization and consistency for service line assessments, quality and safety initiatives, payor performance, physician demand, budgets, pro-formas, performance improvement measurement and adhoc requests- Works with customers and IT to build reporting solutions- Performs detailed analysis as needed- Responsible for the training of the users for the various reporting solutions- Mentors new team members- Is...
