✓High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age OR older
✓4+ years of direct client facing customer service experience and/or account management experience
✓Experience with Medical Terminology
✓Experience with communicating complex problem-solving scenarios with a client and internal stakeholder
✓Knowledge and understanding of claims processing
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, sorting and data entry), Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft PowerPoint (basic presentations) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar)
✓Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated office location
✓Ability to travel up to 10% of the time - Throughout Broward County for Field meetings
✓Required to work daily Onsite Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST at our office located at Broward County Government, 115 S Andrews Ave. Room 514, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
ISET Claims Systems experience preferred
UNET Based Programs Experience CES, TOPS preferred
Experience in Claims Payments, Claims Adjustments, or Enrollments preferred
