Education
✓Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Care Specialization, Physical or Social Sciences or a related discipline
✓Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as listed in “1” above
✓Satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and/or experience.
✓However, all candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in disciplines, as listed in “1” above.
Qualifications
✓and five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative, managerial and/or consultative experience
✓and six (6) years of progressively responsible administrative, managerial and/or consultative experience
✓T ransactional Human Resources experience
✓Strong familiarity with onboarding and background investigation processes
✓Experience with performance management oversight activities and oversight of offboarding
✓Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft
✓Excellent customer service skill
✓Detail oriented
✓Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✓Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
✓Creative problem-solving skills
✓MS PowerPoint
✓Google docs/sheets
