Campus Director of Facilities for assigned Kettering Health location. Responsible for all issues relating to the maintenance, management and sustainability of those facilities, infrastructure and plant resources. Manages all aspects of facilities maintenance as well as relationships with outsourced contractors to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Serves as primary decision maker in prioritizing jobs and allocating staffing and resources to support total facility management. Reports to the campus COO. Performs other duties as assigned.
