Director Security - Monroe Regional Hospital

As the Director, Security Management, you will ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors at ProMedica by organizing and coordinating Security operations at various ProMedica campuses. You will plan and maintain a protective and preventive security system and coordinate a visitor control and access procedure. In this role, you will develop and present the employee safety session at new employee general orientation.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree Working knowledge of access control, video monitoring, visitor management and parking operations 5 years management experience in the security field.
