This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is looking for a consistent weekday schedule while continuing to make a meaningful impact in a hospital setting.

The Employee Health RN helps support the health, safety, and well-being of employees, students, and team members across Phoenixville Hospital and other Tower Health entities. What You’ll DoThe Employee Health Services RN provides occupational health services that help employees remain healthy, safe, and able to perform their work responsibilities. Responsibilities include:Evaluating and supporting employees following workplace injuries or health concernsProviding follow-up care for bloodborne pathogen exposuresManaging follow-up related to communicable disease exposuresSupporting employee health screenings and required clearancesMaintaining accurate employee health documentationEducating employees regarding workplace health and safetyCollaborating with hospital leaders, infection prevention, and other departmentsEnsuring services are provided in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirementsWhy Join Us?
