Endoscopy Technician Certification, preferred.
Endoscopy Technician Certification within one year of hire, preferred.
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED, required.
Qualifications
✓Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient (s) age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs.
Two years endoscopy experience, preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology. preferred
About the role
An Endoscopy Technician, under the direction of Physicians and Registered Nurses, assists with patient care and related services. The technician must have the ability to assist with care of the adult and pediatric population.
