This role directly supports the Community President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Chief Medical Officer while coordinating board activities, executive communications, strategic initiatives, and daily operations of the executive office.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises exceptional judgment, manages highly confidential information, and serves as a key connector between executive leadership, physicians, community leaders, board members, and caregivers. Position Details:

RequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience supporting senior leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, events, or projects, and handling confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferredAssociate Degree or higherExecutive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Executive Business Partner, Office Manager, or similar experience supporting senior leadershipExperience coordinating board meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutesHealthcare, corporate, legal, financial services, or executive office experienceWhy Mercy?
