Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Master's degree of Nursing required.
