Groundskeeper

DepartmentFacilities Management Job Summary Helps maintain the grounds of the various Hospital properties following a planned grounds maintenance program. Helps monitor hospital properties for their irrigation, fertilization and pest control needs. Works with Lead to maintain a scheduled pressure washing regiment on hospital properties.

Maintains landscaping tools and equipment and orders supplies as needed. Required Qualifications - Require experience working in the landscaping/grounds care field (primarily in grounds maintenance of large resort or institutional properties).

- Prefer familiarity with computers and related software (Windows Operating Systems).- Prefer familiarity with codes applicable to field and industry.- Prefer irrigation system maintenance / repair experience.- Prefer proficiency in written and verbal communication.- Prefer the ability to work with minimal supervision.- Prefer working knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s).- Prefer three (3) years of experience, preferably in large plant operations.
