High School diploma or equivalentExperience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, business, or related field.- For individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher, a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience will be considered. - Experience must be consistent with job duties - project management, leadership experience, or other professional experience that is relevant to the

. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving

Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to perform financial analysis and identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and efficiencies. Written Communication:Composing correspondence with appropriate grammar, both written and electronically.

Software and Technology Proficiency:Skilled in using high-level word processors, databases, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint software. Proficient in using computers, copiers, telephones, faxes, and calculators. Project Management:Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with multiple project teams.

Adaptability:Able to operate effectively in a high-energy, ever-changing work environment with a professional demeanor. Collaboration and Creativity:Capable of working well in a team and independently. Organization and Accuracy:Highly organized and accurate in managing tasks.

Physical

Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
