You’ll need

✓Ability to prepare medications, including sterile and hazardous compounds, in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
✓Ability to operate automated dispensing equipment and pharmacy systems.
✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✓Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication preparation, labeling, and distribution.
✓Effective communication skills to collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
✓Proficiency in computer systems and ability to document accurately in accordance with regulatory and safety standards.
✓Ability to adapt to variable schedules, workload demands, and changing priorities typical of PRN assignments.
