You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or public administration, or closely related field
✓Bachelors degree
Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive professional experience with project leadership experience, including preparation and implementation of training materials and inclusive and belonging initiatives .
✓Proven expertise in culture, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, data collection, and program development.
✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess climate and recommend effective strategies.
✓Excellent communication skills, including creating engaging materials and facilitating training.
✓Experience managing teams and coordinating events.
✓Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and drive systemic change.
