About the Job Orthopedic Spine Surgery PA/NP Opportunity MedStar Orthopedics at Brandywine – Brandywine, MD & Lorton, VA MedStar Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Orthopedic Spine Surgery team and work closely with Dr. David A. Weiner, Orthopedic Spine Surgeon.
This is a full-time opportunity based primarily out of Brandywine, MD, with patient care at our Lorton, VA office as well. The APP will provide both outpatient clinic care and first-assist support in the operating room. Position Overview Full-time, Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts No weekends, nights, or holidays Primary location: Brandywine, MD Additional clinic coverage in Lorton, VA Work directly with an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and manage new patients Evaluate established and post-operative patients Conduct independent clinic visits Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care Provide follow-up care for spine patients Surgical Responsibilities First assist in orthopedic spine surgery Work closely with Dr.
