You’ll need
Qualifications
✓Recent experience in human resources, leave administration, disability management, workers’ compensation, or a related field.
✓Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with employees and managers.
✓Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
✓Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee and medical information appropriately.
✓Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and recognize when matters require escalation.
Experience coordinating return-to-work or transitional work arrangements. preferred
Proficiency with standard office applications and electronic recordkeeping/tracking systems. preferred
