Education
✓Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

What you’ll do
Perform comprehensive mental healthPerform comprehensive mental health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, family, andProvide individual, family, and group therapy to support patients with a variety of mental health needs
Complete crisis evaluations andComplete crisis evaluations and coordinate care with inpatient behavioral health units, crisis services, and emergency departments when needed
Collaborate with community agenciesCollaborate with community agencies, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate, timely clinicalMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid, CARF, HIPAA, and accreditation standards
