LPN II Departure Lounge Dayshift

DepartmentPatient Flow and Capacity Job Summary The LPN II implements nursing care for assigned patients. The LPN II assists the RN in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care. The LPN II utilizes advance skills in patient care after education and training.

Required Qualifications - Require basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications.- Require graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, or otherwise meet the educational requirements as outlined by the Florida Board of Nursing.- Require thirty (30) hour IV certification..- Require successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia test within ninety (90) days of employment.

Mandatory Education Preferred Education Required License and Certs BLS: Basic Life Support/CPRFL LPN: FL Licensed Practical Nurse Preferred License and Certs Three 10-hour shifts. Departure Lounge operation hours are M-Sat. 0800-1830 and Sunday 0900-1730.
