Day - 8 HourUnder general supervision of the Utilities Manager, performs general and specific duties related to the installation, inspection, operation and repair of all utility systems and equipment.
Education & Training: High School graduate or GED equivalent.
Three (3) years in facilities maintenance working as a commercial HVAC systems technician; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure: Current Refrigerant License/Certification. Valid Georgia driver’s license.
Acceptable MVR history to meet and maintain insurance requirements must be met in order to drive HHC vehicles. CPT training within 9 months of hire. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Utilizes a variety of equipment to include multi-meters, power and hand tools, blueprints, equipment manuals and computers.
