ResponsibilitiesThe Mgr, I. S. Operations will supervise a team of technical analysts in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology that supports the organization's mission.

This position assists reviewing industry technology, standards and best practices to create plans to ensure the technology platforms meet SLA and operation goals. This position will assist in promoting standards, developing capacity plans, roadmaps, and developing related policies and procedures. This position is expected to collaborate with I.

S peers and leadership on improvement service opportunities. The position will effectively lead the IS Operations to meet service and project in accordance with defined NHC tools, processes, and best practices. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, network, storage and OS's.

Key Accountabilities:Provides leadership for Norton Healthcare’s enterprise network operations and solution delivery teams supporting Campus LAN/WAN, enterprise wireless, data center networking, network-related projects, connectivity services, and infrastructure lifecycle activities across a 24×7 healthcare environment. Leads and develops a team of approximately 8–12 networking professionals, with responsibility for workload prioritization, resource allocation, coaching, accountability, service delivery, and execution of multiple concurrent network initiatives.

Provides management oversight for major network maintenance and modernization efforts, including Cisco-to-Aruba migrations, SD-WAN deployments, enterprise code upgrades, security remediation, lifecycle replacements, and other network-led infrastructure initiatives. Drives increased operational maturity through rigorous Change Management, documented MOPs and playbooks, repeatable implementation standards, ticket and backlog management, and measurable network service-performance metrics, with an emphasis on creating processes that do not depend on individual resources.

Serves as a key network service leader with responsibility for executive and customer communication, cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, budget and capital planning, and escalation of operational or clinical risk, including participation in high-visibility and after-hours network activities when required.**This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required.
