DepartmentChildbirth Education Job SummaryThis leader has operational accountability and oversight and manages the daily activities of The First 1,000 Days Suncoast, the Pregnancy Care Team, and the Maternal Telehealth Program. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

This leader will lead strategic planning of the programs, oversee program evaluation, manage program staff, and oversee budget. - Prefer strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.- Prefer demonstrated abilities to establish and maintain positive working relationships.- Prefer competence for all Microsoft Office software and electronic medical record documentation used by SMHCS.- Prefer Trauma Informed Care background/ training. Mandatory EducationBSN: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred EducationMSN: Master of Science in Nursing Required License and CertsBLS: Basic Life Support/CPRFL RN: FL Registered Nurse License Reputation.
