You’ll need
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Master?s Degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Must have at least three years’ recent experience working with women, children, and families.
✓Must have at least two years’ prior experience working with families experiencing fetal and infant loss.
✓Experience and enthusiasm in providing culturally competent care to diverse populations.
Previous experience in project management preferred.

About the role
Develops, implements, and coordinates activities to support families who have experienced a poor pregnancy prognosis or fetal/infant loss throughout the health system. Works collaboratively with chaplaincy, clinics, and inpatient care teams to ensure continuity of care and availability of resources.
