Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.This role is in our Ambulatory Surgery Center located in our East Orlando location.
- Monday- Friday - 6:30 am- 5 pm (flexibility is required)Monitors levels of all endoscopy instruments and supplies. Follows written procedures for high-level disinfection and chemical and biological monitoring.Performs treatments and procedures within the defined scope of practice. Provides supportive care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and physician.Ensures the endoscopy suite is adequately prepared for procedures. Prepares the room in a timely manner with all anticipated supplies and equipment for each endoscopy procedure.Demonstrates competence in the care and accurate handling of specimens.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic computer and keyboarding skills. [Required]Ability and willingness to work independently as well as in a team environment. [Required]Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule. [Required]
