Salary Details:Hourly rate is determined by years of worked experience as an RN, education level, and internal equity within organization. Minimum rate starting at $34.10, max of salary range is $52.80. In addition to hourly rate, if candidate holds an approved certification position qualifies for certification pay of $1.50.Required Qualifications- Require basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications.- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program. For new hires after 2012, Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing (BSN) is required within specified timeframe as outlined in the New Hire BSN Agreement policy (126.045).- Require Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire in accordance with the NRP curriculum of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association.- Require any neonatal certification obtained during employment will be maintained during the remainder of employment. These include but are not limited to: High Risk Neonatal Nursing Certification, Neonatal Transport Certification, Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification, any Lactation Certification.Preferred EducationBSN: Bachelor of Science NursingRequired License and CertsBLS: Basic Life Support/CPRFL RN: FL Registered Nurse License Reputation.
