Nurse Navigator-CM Ortho (PRN)

The Navigator coordinates with an advanced level of clinical expertise, all aspects of treatment and care for, and in collaboration with, Mercy's patients, their family and significant others, physicians, interdisciplinary team, and other support staff.

Required

Graduate from a school of nursing is required. Preferred

Advanced Practice/master's degree in nursing is preferred. Required

2 years nursing experience is required. Preferred

- Formal patient education and community educational presentations- Support group facilitationLicensure: Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of practice is required.
