Certifications
Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
Education
2-year degree from a recognized college. 4-year degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Three to five years of healthcare food and nutrition management experience and/or Food Industry Management required.
✓A thorough knowledge and understanding of CMS, TJC, sanitation, nutrition management, food production, and ServSafe required.
✓Effective writing and oral communication skills.
✓Ability to use or knowledge of various software systems including but not limited to Microsoft products, nutrition management system, email, and point-of-sale system
