✓High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of one year of leadership, supervisory, team lead, or people management experience required. Experience may include direct or indirect leadership responsibilities, such as coordinating workflows, directing the work of others, training staff, or providing day-to-day operational oversight.
✓Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
✓Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
✓Proficiency with technology and electronic systems.
✓Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any other position-specific requirements.
Three or more years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Experience leading teams in a healthcare, medical office, behavioral health, or customer service setting. preferred
Experience with scheduling, clinic operations, or administrative workflow management. preferred
Experience with EPIC, the electronic health record (HER) software system. preferred
Position Details preferred
Non-Exempt (Hourly) position. preferred
