Contacts referring provider office for new order if incomplete. Manages work queue for nutrition and diabetes services for multiple locations throughout the systemFollows scheduling policy and procedures to accurately identify patient, insurances, referrals, and obtains required signatures where applicableAccurately screens ABNs to determine medical necessity, explains ABN to patient, obtains signatures and reviews document for completeness.
