Provide anesthetic care for pediatric patients across inpatient and outpatient surgical settingsDeliver comprehensive sedation services for a broad range of pediatric proceduresCollaborate closely with pediatric surgeons, neonatologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary specialty teamsSupport care within a Level IV NICU with 101 bedsParticipate in anesthetic care for more than 18,000 pediatric patients annuallyContribute to patient safety initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and clinical excellenceMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationParticipate in mentorship, team collaboration, and program development initiativesFor physicians on the academic track, engage in:Clinical or translational researchMedical education and teachingChild advocacy initiativesCommunity engagement programs
