Full-time 8:00AM TO 4:30PM Sunday through Thursday UF Health Therapists provide rehabilitation services in the Acute setting, working to create and customize the best course of treatment for conditions that limit a patient's ability to move, be active, communicate, swallow, and complete daily tasks and activities. Our skilled team strives to maximize physical performance, while addressing cognitive and psychosocial components of care to achieve the best functional outcomes.
The UF Health Shands Children's Hospital is located in the North Tower and provides service to patients from neonate up to older peds. Units include general pediatrics, NICU, PICU and PCICU. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors or higher as designated by professional licenseExperience or fieldwork in the acute setting preferredInpatient/outpatient pediatric feeding/swallowing experience preferred (ages 0-18)Pediatric MBS/FEES experience preferredDemonstrates strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others and work as a team
