OverviewTo provide and support pharmaceutical care including medication dispensing, preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems, promoting optimal therapeutics and medication education. To participate in the performance improvement, academic programs and clinical research activities of the department. To serve as a liaison to the medical and nursing staff.

Experience and/or advanced training in specific practice area. Supervision: Supervisory responsibility of 3-18 employees Age of Patients Served: All age groups
