Phlebotomist

Our laboratory team has an exciting opportunity for a Phlebotomist who believes in our Lab's Mission Statement of working collaboratively to ensure quality results for every patient every time.

Duties include performing blood collection procedures on inpatients, outpatients, and home care patients of all ages including newborns and children. This is at an off-site location located at 179 Northampton Street, Ste D, Easthampton MA 01027, with every 3rd Saturday in Chicopee, MA.

High school diploma or equivalent; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in the use of computers; reliable transportation; two years of hospital phlebotomy experience including registering patients, or completion of phlebotomy training at an approved school Applicants must have: A passion for caring about a community through quality work in a stand alone hospital lab. A drive for learning new practices to be able to adapt to our rapidly growing test menu.
