You’ll need
Licensure
✓The Physical Therapist Assistant provides high-quality physical therapy services to home health patients under the direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist, in compliance with Pennsylvania licensure laws, agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
✓Physical Therapist Assistant Indirect Supervision
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Education
✓Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or an equivalent foreign or U.S. military program approved by the APTA
✓Graduate of an APTA-approved 2‑year PTA program prior to applicable federal deadlines
Qualifications
✓Maintain required HR documentation, attendance, punctuality, dress code, and ID standards
✓Utilize Agency equipment appropriately and safely
✓Represent the Agency professionally in clinical, community, and team settings
✓Successful completion of the national Physical Therapist Assistant exam
✓Minimum of 2 years PTA experience (2,000 verified patient-care hours or employment as a PTA for at least 3 of the last 5 years)
✓Reliable transportation within the service area, valid Pennsylvania driver’s license , and auto insurance
✓Automotive Insurance
✓Driver's License
✓Act 33
✓Act 34
Basic computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment (preferred)
