Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Qualifications
✓Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
✓7-10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience required.
✓Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting, including 3-5 years managing physician practice operations.
✓Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, care delivery models, financial management, regulatory requirements, and healthcare legislation.
✓Experience utilizing benchmarking data and industry best practices to drive operational improvement.
✓Proficient with healthcare technology systems and business applications.
✓Ability to occasionally lift, move, or carry objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
