ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for over seeing the day to day operations of a physician office(s) which generrally includes a minimum of 30 FTEs and 8 or more providers. The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership, management and evaluation of all office employees. Will serve as a liaison to Staff Physicians, providing feedback to the Director/System Director of Physician Services for problem solving and evaluations.
The incumbent will ensure the delivery of competent and efficient patient care through appropriate coordination of practice services. Will also provide guidance in the attainment of practice goals and promote teamwork among all personnel to ensure that standards for clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance are met on an ongoing basis. The incumbent may assist in direct patient care activities, utilizing age appropriate principles of growth and development for patients of all ages according to the practice specialty.
QualificationsRequired:Master Degree plus two-year fellowship program or Bachelor Degree and three years supervisory experienceWithout required degree five years supervisory experience
