You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor degree in Business related field is required. Master of Business or Healthcare Administration is highly preferred.

✓Three years of supervisory/management experience is required, preferable in a clinical setting or a large medical multispecialty group.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
About the role
Responsible for the overall clinical operations and general oversight of staff management across the UMC El Paso Healthcare, Inc. practice network. Ensures interdisciplinary collaboration among Associates, leadership and provider colleagues to develop the necessary processes and infrastructure.
