✓Associate's degree in a related field is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Qualifications
✓One year of supervisory/management experience is required. Five years of related work experience is required, preferably in a medical office. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes is preferred.
✓Advanced clinical knowledge of inpatient/outpatient principles and procedures.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the role

Functions as a leader and consultant to other members of the clinic. Acts as liaison between external entities when necessary. Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of Clinic Operations Representatives (CORs) and related functions.
