The Program Manager oversees the grant-funded Retention Adherence Program (RAP) and Undetectables Peer Learning Network (UND), coordinating treatment and adherence services for assigned case management programs at Positive Health. This role supervises Specialists and Peer Educators, manages a small client caseload under the UND program, and ensures quality service delivery through staff training, case conferences, and chart reviews.
The Program Manager develops client-centered treatment plans, provides crisis intervention, and builds community partnerships to support outreach and referrals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring program quality indicators, preparing reports for the Director, and serving as a community liaison for the Consumer Advisory Board.
