Manages project/program activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the program.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and minimum three (3) years project management experience OR Minimum six (6) years experience in project management or a directly related field.
Two (2) years of experience working with benefit operations. Two (2) years data analytics experience. Two (2) years experience working with advanced Excel functions including, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
