Responsible for regulatory compliance, utilization review, chart audits, performance improvement, and educational development of staff.

Develops and implements quality and performance improvement activitiesConducts reviews of medical records (plans of care, clinical and progress notes, etc) for quality and compliance standardsFacilitates interdisciplinary case conferences, monitoring the coordination of care and OASIS dataCompletes OASIS data submissions and monitors OASIS data integrityEnsures the development, implementation, and update of the individualized plan of careMonitors and ensures the accuracy of publicly reportable dataProduces monthly reports to monitor quality of services deliveredPerforms direct patient care to maintain clinical competence and serve as a clinical resource to staffAssists with on-boarding, training, and educational needs assessments of staffAssists with the evaluation of clinical competence and compliance Supports department customer service and financial goalsConducts assessments and maintains clinical policies and proceduresSupports director with operational functions of the department as neededPerforms related electronic medical record tasks and functionsPromotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habitsProvides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of ConductRequired

The expected pay for this position is listed below:$35.00 - $42.50The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
