Receptionist-Full Time-Variable

Greet the public, communicate messages, coordinate telephone calls and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Processes select travel and capital expenditures, schedule assigned meetings and maintains office and administrative supplies. In addition, specific functions may change from time to time:Greet the public and fellow employees and direct them to appropriate people or places for assistanceAccepts and conveys accurate and timely messages, routing telephone calls appropriatelyDistributes mail coming into and originating from the officeAssists with monitoring and record keeping related to operating and capital budgetProcesses travel requests and educational arrangementsComputerizes select information for ease of retrievalMaintains office suppliesSchedules meetings upon requestEnsure integrity of communication systems with Personnel Department regarding status changes, PAFs, etc.
