What We OfferJoin Our Team at Novant Health Ortho & Sports Medicine Cotswold – Registered Nurse (RN), Ambulatory Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care? Novant Health Ortho & Sports Medicine Cotswold is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN), Ambulatory to join our collaborative team. At Novant Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, our nurses play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care for individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic orthopedic conditions, and pursuing active lifestyles.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing orthopedic and sports medicine team. Previous ambulatory, orthopedic, surgical, sports medicine, or outpatient experience preferred.

Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the orthopedic treatment journey. Strong organizational and communication skills. Provide patient education regarding surgeries, procedures, treatments, medications, and recovery expectations.

Triage patient concerns and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and clinical staff. Support pre-operative and post-operative care management. Manage referrals, authorizations, and follow-up care planning.

Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate communication and advocacy. What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

One year relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT; preferred.
