What you’ll do
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Patient AssessmentEvaluate patients' health status, vitals, and readiness for exercise
Developing Care PlansCollaborate with cardiologists and exercise physiologists to create individualized rehabilitation plans
Supervising Exercise SessionsMonitor patients during physical activity, ensuring safety and appropriate intensity levels
Education & CounselingTeach patients about heart-healthy living, medication management, nutrition, smoking cessation, and stress reduction
